Welcome to the open beta phase of the IAHGames New Passport system!
We are highly appreciative of your patience while we get the games and Passport system ready for the weekend. The migration of past 5 year’s data and the tedious checking took longer than expected.
Also, due to unforeseen technical issues, we were unable to resolve all bugs related to the system. Hence, for your convenience, we are listing them here while we continue to fix them one by one:
Known Bugs
1. Language Selector
a. We are aware that the language selector is not working properly. The page returns to English language once you move from page to page.
2. Coupon for Virtual Item Claim Function
a. You could still use your Game Item Code (GIC) within the new Passport system and the transaction would be displayed as successful.
b. However, due to some incompatibility issues, the item that you have claimed for would not appear within your game account.
c. If you have unknowingly claimed this, please be assured that the item claim remained in our log and we will push them into your account once the issue has been resolved.
New Features
1. EA SPORTS FIFA Online 2
a. iCredits is now available directly within the game. There is no need to convert from iCredits to Cash Points anymore. Do not worry if your Cash Points seems lesser now, we have adjusted the in-game cash item’s pricing as well. The value for each of the items remains the SAME in real life currency i.e. PRICE REMAINS THE SAME.
2. New Robust System
a. The new Passport system is developed by a renowned company in Korea whose system is used for several major portals.
b. This system promises faster access, smoother and more stable process for your top-up and account needs.
3. Better security
a. We have introduced a triple layer security platform for your convenience. Your account is now identified by its unique AccountID, your date of birth and your security question.
b. Should you have forgotten your password or need to change your details, you could do it simply within the website easily.
We will continue to monitor the system and gather feedback to further improve the Passport system.
